    I had my jeep repaired at the dealership on March 21st. The dealership contacted the ******/Platinum *********************************** and they sent an auditor out to look at the vehicle. They approved $1054.73 for the repairs. The jeep dealership waited one week for payment, ****** kept blaming their computers were down. Jeep dealer would not release my jeep to me until the bill was paid in full. I had no choice but to pay the bill and wait for reimbursement from ******. That was on March 31st. I have waited 4 months to get reimbursed from ****** and called them every two weeks asking where my payment was. I kept getting the run around that it was in accounting and they had no idea when it would be paid. I asked to speak to accounting and they said there is no one I can speak with . I also asked for a manager but there was no manager to speak with. The company now just keeps me on hold for hours without answering the phone. They are committing fraud in my opinion collecting my premiums for the auto extended warranty but refusing to pay on a claim they approved. I just want my money that is owed to me.

    We have been paying on an auto warranty policy for 21 months. We have had issues and repair questions come up several times and have not been able to reach anyone with this company. So we just went forward and paid out of pocket as if we did not have a car warranty. We called the phone number ************** that was given to us and it is no longer in service. We have emailed them with no reply. But ******* services continues to deduct $138.71 from my checking account on schedule every month. Our policy costs $3488 (with only 24 mo pmts... we are coming up to pmt #**) and the policy is supposed to be valid and active through 3/2/2026. At this point after needing to use it several times and having absolutely no one available to help or answer questions from this company, we would like a full refund of our policy. They are a scam.

    My name is ************************* I am, on SSI Disability Complaint on PLATINUM PLUS AUTO PROTECTION - ****** In 2013 I purchased a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I am on SSI Disability income. Never had any trouble with the car. After 5 years I purchased an Extended Warranty from Platinum Plus Auto Protection / ******. I purchased the warranty because I am on SSI Disability Income and knew I would not have money to repair my car if something goes wrong. I had a little trouble with my car over a year ago. I took it to my mechanic who told me that a cylinder had blown in my car. I had a little about ****** miles on my car. I told him I have an extended warranty. He looked at me and said "I have many people with these warranty's, I never get repairs approved. He called the company and scheduled a date for them to send an inspector to approve the repair. They also told him take the engine apart to show the inspector what the problem is when the inspector gets there. My mechanic then instructed me to show proof of oil changes for the last few years. because the warranty company will use this as a reason not to approve my repair. This was easy, I always go to ******* and got copies of oil changes for the past few years. When the inspector came he told my mechanic why did you take the engine apart. He told the inspector he was ordered to do so by his company. (FIRST Red Flag 1) Please find attached the policy. Then the inspector made up a lie to my mechanic. He told my mechanic the repair will not be approved because I drove the care when it was over heating...... This is a LIE that my mechanic can prove. My car never over hearted. The original Radiator has never been repaired or replaced and still works properly. The original water pump is still in the car and has never been repaired or replaced. Every hose is original and has never been repaired or replaced. The original thermostat is still in the car and has never been replaced. This company stole my money and did not repair my car.

    I purchased a aftermarket insurance and platinum plus insurance did not handle there end of the business

    purchased policy at ***** chevrolet in massachuetts ***** never told me anything about a ***** expiration no where can i find a ***** mile expiration on line paid $19 a month for 4 plus years they wont approve any repairs because of mileage is ***** now

    On December 7, 2021 I woke with a man and paid for my entire warranty cause I had the money then. I paid $1250.00 out of my debit card I believe. Well the second week of January I called and cancelled. **** said it would tAke 4-6 weeks to get my money. Well the calls and no money kept on the. Finally I got in touch with someone and they said you were sending it. I informed yall my bank had closed my account so it would be able to get back in there. The girl said well they will mail it back to us the. Well send you a check. Never happened. Im ******. Then I call and these people answer and said they were the partner business and yall had gotten up and walked out I d day. I dont give a rats a** whst yall did. I just need my $1250.00 back. So send it to me here at my address. Ok. Its the only way to get it to me now. If you do this I wont press charges and I wont go to BBB and I wont show up at the front door. I very tired of gettting screwed. Thank you very much bill be expecting my check. My ********************************************************************************************************* ********************************************************** Ill be waiting happily!!
