    Buyer Beware Terrible Experience with Carbeeco I purchased a 2022 *** M4 from Carbeeco as a birthday gift to myself on *************, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My sales **** *****, and the finance guy, **** were involved in the transaction. I bought the car without any negotiation on price due to their "No Negotiation" policy.However, after I drove the M4 home and parked it in my driveway, I noticed huge, deep scratches on the carbon fiber roof, which were not visible at the dealership (it was dark when I picked up the car). At home, under bright flood lights, the scratches were glaringly obvious.I immediately texted ***** to let him know about the damage, but I didnt receive a response for two days. When I followed up, ***** told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to escalate the issue to his manager, and *** finally reached out to me three days later. *** asked if there was any way the damage could have occurred on my drive home, but I assured him the car had been in my possession the entire time, and I even have camera footage to prove it. *** said he would investigate the matter and get back to me, but I havent heard from him since February 18th.I continued reaching out to *****, but all I received was the occasional "Sorry, *** is busy, h*** call soon," with no actual follow-up. The last response I got was on February 28th, and since then, Ive been completely ignored.After spending $90,000 on a car, I expected top-tier customer service. Instead, Ive been met with silence and complete disregard. All I wanted was help in resolving this issue, but now Im left with a damaged vehicle and no solution in sight.

    I purchased a car from carbeeco on March 11, 2023 they told me I was approved. I drove off with the car when the first payment was due. I never received any information. No bill nothing I called them. They told me just hang on tight. We havent gotten you approved and Ive been calling them several times asking how I can pay my payment I got no response, three months later I called again. They told me to wait again. I told him should I bring the car back because I dont want any late on my credit report they said no there is no late just hang tight. Well figure it out 14 months has passed and the car got into a car accident , the car was the total loss So the insurance company was going to write the check and they said who should we write it to? I said I dont know so I called the dealer again they said wait were getting you approved after 14 months. The original documents I signed was on March 11, two 2023, and I got a letter from a loan company Called Los Angeles Federal credit Union that I have a loan amount of $42,000 so I called them. They said that they had my signature and they approved the loan so I told them that I havent signed any paperwork. The only paperwork I signed was on March 11, 2023 so they signed for me now I have an open loan with them after 14 months and I do not have that vehicle anymore

    It is the customer/buyer responsibility to make the payment based on the contract they signed and the reason finance did not pass because he had provided me with false income and job info and could not proof his income and since we never received any payment, that make the buyer responsible for any charges and fees. the buyer is aware of the situation and i have all the communications with him and his family because he was out of the country and he was gonna handle all the payment when he gets back but never did, so we had to find a way to get our money, as of now I am waiting for the customer to come  so I can help him handle the situation and he has not come yet. I will send you all the documents of communication (Emails, Texts and Videos of his mother when she came to my office and the whole conversation and calls made to the customer) that I have to prove that he is not telling the whole story, everything is documented at my side and I was planning to take it to court if this does not get resolved in the correct manner.
