      I establish credit balance by paying cash to pay for supplements. I called on 11/21/22 to ask for refund of unused funds. I was told since I didnt have the same debit card I would have to receive refund by check. I was told that I would receive the refund within 10 days. After 10+ days, 12/5/22, called and was informed the refund was not processed and it will be another 10 days. I have incurred $120 fees because the refund wasnt processed as promised. I have been told everyday that someone would call me which has not happened. My request is to have them overnight the refund check and pay my late fees.

      Let me start off by saying this is painful for me to write. I had such high hopes after speaking with ********************************************* for an introduction call. When speaking with ****************** he gave me a since of hope, and encouraged me to keep pressing forward. He also invited me to reach out if I had any additional questions regarding my specific condition and the recommended treatment plan moving forward. This is where things took a turn for the worst. I contacted the clinic a month later and kept getting the run around. I left voicemails with ***********************. Not once did anyone return my phone call. I then emailed, ************** only to receive a pointless email back asking me to tell him why I need to speak with ****************** and that he would relay a message on my behalf. No problem I responded accordingly. Its been two week no response. I also spoke with a woman named ************************* and scheduled a full brain scan. She told me that she would send a welcome packet with more information. I never received a welcome packet or any additional information. After weeks of trying to move forward with Amen Clinics I feel like this is a scam. I also spoke with another woman named ***** think you are probably seeing the pattern here. I was told that this company is the gold standard when it comes to professionalism and I truly trusted this company. I dont think they care about their patients and I would strongly encourage anyone who is interested to stay away. Ive experienced nothing but stress and anxiety trying to work with these guys and I really wish it wasnt this way. Oh well the search continues for help.
