    No idea what this company does, specifically. Hadn't heard of them until a random charge of $***** appeared on bank acct statement at which point went to company website. Used chat option to demand refund and removal from "subscription" I hadn't subscribed to.Chatbot asked for a great deal of info to which I replied that I didn't have as I never authorized the transaction.Chatbot compromised and asked for the website that I was using to chat with it (?!) and for the transaction date. I supplied that info and was told that I was removed from subscription (to what, I guess I'll never know) and would be refunded. I will watch for it.Seems there are groups proliferating that simply gather credit card numbers, charge them all a small amount (which when all combined is NOT a small amount) then wait to see who complains, willingly offers refunds in hopes of not being reported.No reports or complaints green lights recurring "subscription" charge which, with all people not checking bank statements, is likely a tidy amount ongoing. Smart to make the charge of ***** small enough to not arouse suspicion.BBB site says company established in **** yet has a history of no sort.
