    This group is trying to extort money from me. I am ***orting them to you so you're aware and will also be ***orting them to the ************************ I have included their email to me and my response. I hope to protect others if at all possible. I was lucky ***************'s security protected me and my money. In *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** I foolishly did and they told me they could fix it and would let me know how much the charge would be after they took a look at the problem and took control of my iPad. When I became suspicious, they kept trying to keep me on the line forwarding me to at least three different people who were involved in "helping to solve my problem." They have my banking information because my debit card would not let them access my cash once they told me the amount and then they suggested I use a check. When that too was declined, they said I should call my bank's customer service to tell them it was "ok." I was lucky that the *************** customer service *** told me and them that there would be a 3 day hold for security reasons. This fraudulent group was upset, told me I should use another credit card (but *********** had already declined their charges as that was the first card I used) and I told them there were no others and they'd have to wait at that point they shouted at me, and I hung up. I never heard from them again until today. I have included their email to me and my response. I will be contacting the *********************** as well.

    This company is a FRAUD! They are harassing me by phone and email constantly and law enforcement should go after them. In 2019 I was the victim of the ***** FACE" scam. All of a sudden one day my computer screen went black and it said that I would loose all my data if I did not call the number on the screen. I did and they said that they would fix the issue and provide permanent IT services to avoid this from happening again. By accident I gave them my bank account number to make a withdrawal of $2787.77 but I realized soon after the call and called the bank to close the account. The transaction was not completed so they did not take my money. Since then, I have been receiving numerous phone calls and threads via email to collect that money. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND LAW ENFORCEMENT SHOULD GO AFTER THEM!I am providing part of the email that I received from them today:Dear *************************** *****,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of Win Security regarding an outstanding balance on your account. As of today, the amount of $2787.77 remains unpaid and is now overdue. We have made numerous attempts to communicate with you regarding this matter, and it is imperative that we resolve this issue promptly.Since June 2022, we have reached out multiple times via phone to inform you of the overdue amount on your account. Despite these efforts, we have yet to receive the payment. Our records indicate that our services have been utilized beyond the agreed terms, and the payment for these services has not been fulfilled. As a result, the balance of $2787.77 is now due and must be settled within 24 hours of receiving this email.It is important to understand the seriousness of this situation. This email serves as the final collection notice. Failure to remit the payment within the specified time frame will result in further action being taken.
