  I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare and once the paperwork was completed we never heard back from the firm. I called four months later and they said they were still working on our case.. I called them back a few months later and they said the guy who was handling our case had left the firm but someone would be calling us.... we never received a phone call. It has been over a year and I have no idea what I am paying for. We also agree on a price for Molfetta's services and to date they have charged me and additional $1000 and keep charging my card. When you call they say someone will call you back in 24 hours but they never call.

  This is a scam. This place must be getting a kick back from the timeshares! I started my exit with them in June of 2020 and still nothing!! They barely answer their phone, dont return calls or emails!! They are a scam!! Took a lot of money from a lot of people and are more of a scam than the timeshares!!!!

  My husband and I were referred to the Mokfetta law firm by Sell my timeshare now. They said if we pay another ***** dollars on top of the ***** we already laid that they could get us out of our timeshare within the year. It has now been almost two years with no end in sight. They never returned calls and I always have to call to get some sort of update from them which is never anything. This is firm is a scam!

  I began the timeshare exiting with *********************** in 2020. The Molfetta Law group, I was lead to believe at the time, were working on behalf of TFG and their clients. The correspondence between TFG and myself started out to be once a month, then once every other month, then I started trying to contact TFG and basically Molfetta began sending e-mails stating that they are still working on my case, etc..., knowing that this was a process that would take or could take up to 18 to 24 months. On Oct. 21, 2022, I got an email stating that my 24 mo. were approaching in 30 days from that date. 5 days later, I get an email stating that the Law Firm is just weeks away from resolutions for ******* clients. I called Mofetta 11/14, left a message to call me back and they did that day. The person I spoke to said that TFG owes them a lot of money and that they are no longer affiliated with them, but will continue to represent their clients for an additional 36 months with no chance of a refund, which was also stated in the initial contract with TFG. So, the only way to contact TFG now, supposedly is a FAX number. Seems just short of a scam, hopefully not.

  I feel I'm inclined to agree with ******************** truly hope this isn't a scam because I have lost a lot of money if it is! You almost can't get in touch, I have only spoke with one man in particular (*****************************), He bass a lot of things on facts yet I have no paperwork to show for not a transaction made between us as of yet. A lot of time has gone by (months) since we have been trying to resolve an issue and nothing has been resolved as of yet.******, I will change my review of this situation once it has been resolved.

  BEWARE! I believe this is a scam with Molfetta Law (and TS ************** Feel free to do your research first, but I've experienced NOTHING positive; they barely answer the phone, no one returns your call and so forth. Attorney *****************************, who works at this Molfetta Law, he has not helped me with finding my money that ** ************ took at a seminar held at ************ The seminar was to help Timeshare owners exist out of their timeshare. Absolutely no resolution! I believe they are working together.
