    I hired Klientboost to manage my marketing and generate creative content for said marketing. They missed the Go Live date on both accounts. They did not set the baseline, they did not provide weekly updates, the marketing cost more than the revenue they generated, only 1 person was working on my account despite our contract stating '3 person team'. They consider employees supervisors and management to be 'a part' of my team. Up until now it's just poor quality service - except they never delivered the content the last 3 months. I notified them several times they were late/behind/missing. They were supposed to make a change in Sept and never did. They would move their own deadlines on their project management app until they finally just started deleting deadlines. I stated I wanted to end our partnership in early Oct and they offered 'a 1 month fee reduction as a sign of good partnership to get things back in the right direction' - they still charged me full amount on Oct 31st. It's now December and I'm missing 3 months of content I've been paying for since August.

    Date: 9/19/24 Amount: $3500 Commitment from Klientboost: Implement a strategy for *********** PPC campaigns to improve the business performance, specifically ROAS (Return on ad sales)Nature: Klientboost failed to provide any improvement. In fact, Klientboosts strategy actually led to significantly decreased results from 2.18 ROAS (prior 90 day period) to 1.44 ROAS (last week with Klientboost). This is a 34% DECREASE, when Klientboosts plan was to increase results, establish a 30 day baseline, and then achieve additional 20% growth over that baseline. Klientboost sabotaged my business in order to make that 20% increase in growth very easily achievable. Resolution from business: Klientboost has replied to my request, but denied a request because of resources that the business has expended. My $3500 investment was not for Klientboost to give it a try but rather to pay for an agency with expertise in order to drive actual results, not overpromise and underdeliver.
