    Date: 2/1/2024 **************** Date: May 2023 Manager: ***********************: ***** This was the first big rain we've had in a minute in the *** ***** did not install the pole correctly nor did he patch or seal the roof right. put the base on TOP of the shingles when the roofing should have been tucked over it. (we took video and photos to send to Premier) leaked through and pooled in the ceiling and the light fixture in our kitchen. This work was approved by the city.. after he made ***** correct 2 issues. ***** and ****** kept making excuses saying.. "well we've had rain since the work was done..the roof is pretty old..." (even if the roof is 25 years old, the kichen area is the only place leaking which is right where ***** did the work and where the electrical panel is on the exterior. ****** was quoted roughly $600 for the surface issues but we knew there would be more damage once we checked out inside of the wall. ****** wrote a $600 and said he didn't want us to come back saying there are further damages. Couple days later, there is water damage under the sink on the same wall. It's not the plumbing. ****** and ***** are unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and do not take accountability for their crappy work. They were condescending, belittling, and tried to bully the two women in the household. We wil be opening up the wall to see further damage once this second storm stops and will be sending Premier photos. They need to be held accountable for their actions and should reimburse us for what we paid and what we will continue to pay for damages related to *****'s failure to seal up the roof. None of this would have even happened if he did his job right.
