    I have a Nebulizer through Adapt Health Family of Companies. They are supposed to be filing claims on Tricare 4 Life or ********* I am being harassed by ************ Family of Companies via email and phone calls stating that I owe them money. I do not have an account number as they never sent me one nor do they contact me via **** mail with a bill. They are trying to say I owe 3 payments of $6.95 each ($20.85 total) for invoice numbers *********, *********, and *********. My daughter has contacted ************ Family of Companies and explained this to them. My daughter told them that if the insurance doesn't cover it then she would return the Nebulizer as I kept my older one and is using it. The **************** *** stated that they would look into this and call her back. She has not gotten any calls from a live person. Just calls from automated phone calls asking for payments.

    Our company has zero affiliation with ************. This is a completely different company. We have never sold Nebulizers, nor do we intend to ever do so. This complaint was filed to the wrong company.
