      The company has an app in which I have loaded gift cards totaling over $500, but when I go to redeem they will not work and I have to have the individual store try to resolve. They have now updated their app and cleared out my account, essentially stealing my funds, while conveniently keeping my credit card information in tack to purchase. They also deleted all my rewards points which totaled over 1200. The store is no longer willing to help and direct me to their corporate, but they are not responding.

      On April 28th 2024 I went to Nkter juice bar located in *********** in **************** ********** to get a smoothie. I purchased a smoothie and consumed most of it. I had noticed that there was a weird texture in the smoothie but continued drinking it anyway. I noticed something wasn't coming up the straw so I opened my smoothie to inspect. I then saw that there was a huge chunk of plastic in my smoothie that had been grinded up into my smoothie. I attempted to throw up most of my smoothie in fear of internal damage from the plastic. I contacted the store the next day to tell the manager about the occurrence. I had a general manager reach out to me the next day. She told me that this happens "more often" than I would think. I am concerned for the safety of the community with the attitude the manager had at exposing a customer to a potentially life threatening substance in my food. She told me that the plastic came from the dragon fruit that is packaged in plastic and it some times gets added to smoothies with the plastic attached. I am attempting to *** for damages because I did get sick after consuming this. I am in fear for the community and potential harm that can be done to others from this store.

      I have had multiple bad orders at Nekter. Some customer serice said they would replace but never did. Nekter even blamed me for feeling sick after they gave me the wrong drink. And when I asked to have my free promotional drink returned to me because the store was closed and not answering their phone, I did not receive a reply

      I haven't ordered from Nekter in a while and decided to order a smoothie via their app and go to the store to pick it up. The price of the smoothie was $12.25 and on the "Review Order" screen they showed me "Subtotal $12.25 + Tax". I proceeded to the next screen which is where I indicated that this was for "Pickup" and not "Delivery" and when I wanted to pick the smoothie up. I proceeded to the next screen which was labeled "Make Payment". This screen is the basis for my complaint. Nekter automatically defaulted my order to include a 15% tip in the amount of $1.84. Had I not been paying attention (which probably happens to so many people where they just get in the mode of clicking buttons quickly through screens), I would have been charged for the tip amount. My complaint is two-fold. 1. Why is Nekter defaulting to a 15% tip? While there is an option to change this to "No Tip" (if you're paying attention), why is Nekter making their customer undo a tip that they have placed on the order instead of defaulting to "No Tip" and then allowing their customer to add a tip if they so choose? This was an order for pickup. So, I'm doing the work of going to get the smoothie from them. All they have to do is make it and hand it to me. Aren't these the basics of what you have to do to be in business? 2. What does Nekter think the tip, that they have defaulted to, for? They obviously think that the customer should pay a tip because that's the default they've designed in the app so what is it that Nekter has determined the customer is tipping for? Is it for their employee to make the order? Is it for their employee to hand it to me when I go pick it up? Aren't these the things that the employee is being paid their wages to do? It seems unfair to automatically ADD a tip and make the customer REMOVE it instead of giving the customer the option of adding a tip if they want. I imagine customers have unknowingly paid tips based on how the app is designed.

      On March 24th 2023 I purchased and aa bowl ($12.79) around ********* wasnt what I remembered it tasting like. The aa was extremely watered down and had no taste to it, and my bowl wasnt filled to the top. Barely any fruit and the fruit was cut very thin. I felt like I was getting left overs from another bowl I was so excited to get an aa bowl from here because it used to be good & packed with flavor. But, this time it was a miss for me at the location in ********, **.

      I was charged twice on 3-21-2023 by Nekter Juice Bar for the amounts of $14.55 and $22. I never visited Nekter Juice Bar on this day or any day in the last month. I would like an investigation on Nekters part to see why this happened. I also want to be compensated immediately for this amount as I never purchased any products from any of their establishments in the last 30 days.

      I purchased a 3 day cleanse from the Mission Valley, *********, location. I started the 3 day cleanse and noticed that some of the products were expired after I had already finished drinking them. After I consumed the last drink I developed a fever, had projectile vomiting, and severe cramping with diarrhea. The drink that I consumed was milked based and 6 days expired. I noticed that others were expired so I went to the location in hopes to exchange the product for product that was not expired. The manager went in the back with my cooler bag while keeping me waiting for about ********************************************************************************************************* front of other customers and her coworkers in a bully like manner trying to embarrass me. She continued to state that it was impossible for her to sell expired product. I showed her the ones that were expired and she told me it wasn't her fault and to leave the store and never come back. I advised her that I would not be returning to buy any more expired products.
