    Email advertisement and website advertise 25% off site-wide, but the item I was trying to purchase says its not included in the promotion. So site-wide is false advertising. I contacted them and they stated that its not part of the promotion as well even when I mentioned the site-wide advertisement and included the screenshot of the advertisement.

    -Date of the transaction: 9/2/23 -Returned: 4 out of 7 items on 10/15/23 -10/30/23: you received partial refund.-11/9/23: was told by company that 1 item was not eligible for refund.-12/6/23: further correspondence with company occurred after several email attempts. This is when I was told item is not refundable due to damage. I asked for proof of the damaged item in question. -12/19/23: picture of item received via email. The company referred to damage as pointing to light deodorant residue. (Picture attached)-12/19/23: immediately responded to the email asking for next steps as I was disputing the claim. -1/8/24: After receiving no response I sent a follow up email on 1/8/24 requesting they return the item to me since they consider it damaged. -1/8/24: Company responded. They requested I send a prepaid label to return the item. -1/8/24: I sent prepaid label to the address they gave. -2/25/24: Ive sent several emails to no avail (1/23, 2/16). They acknowledged the email sent on 1/23/24 stating they will get back to me. I am still waiting. Asking for a mediator to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    My wife purchased a $200 gift card for me for Christmas. I tried to use it online there was no gift card provision so I called customer service and was told I'd have to go to the store. I went to the store, but they did not have my size in the jeans I wanted. The rep said he could order it and have it delivered. When I took out the gift card, he informed me I would not be able to use it. It would have to be something they have in-store. Well, they did not have my size in what I wanted. I asked the rep if they inform customers who buy gift cards that you can only use it in-store, and he just looked at me. There is not sign with information about gift cards next to the gift card to inform customers that you cannot use it online.

    I went shopping in SoHo and purchased a pair of pants, I did not have time to try them on, so I was assured I could try on at home and return if they did not fit. I went to the Flat Iron location to attempt to return my pants the next day. 2/18 @ 3:30 the sales associate (brunette hair in a high ponytail, in her sixties) denied allowing me to return the item because the person who helped me in SoHo rung me up for the wrong pair of pants. To further reiterate how I was maligned, because of the error made in SoHo the woman at Flat Iron made it seem as though I were lying, fraudulent, or a scammer and refused to take my item back. She then insisted it was my obligation to go back to where I purchased the item because of a mistake a Scotch & Soda associate made. She in fact also stated that they would have to update their inventory, meaning that by that logic she could have done the same thing. I think during Black History Month especially is an egregious time to exhibit racist behaviors with clients. I then called & emailed customer service ONLY because I did not want to potentially engage with more racist associates in stores and theyve failed to respond to my complaint in a timely manner. Their website claims Because we are born and raised in *********, founded with strong liberal values, we recognize that each individual brings a unique strength to society that goes beyond race, religious belief, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, culture, or how a person chooses to identify. which is not true based on the way I was treated like a scammer and totally embarrassed for shopping as a Black person.
