    This is the WORST business I've had the displeasure of working with. They work with another company called *****, they do not tell you this. Swift's portal not user friendly, their representatives are not helpful, & you have zero visibility on your payments unless you reach out to them. The mobile app is not found on the Apple store, I only found it through the email link. Major red flag. Nothing about Lunna Loans seems legit or professional. Their business seems too obscure for my trust and potential relationship of 5 YEARS. Once I realized there are inconsistencies in terms of communication and no real business information online to give my banks, I got uneasy & wanted to pull out. Closing the account was the hardest task ever. You will never be able to get in contact anyone to assist you unless you call back incessantly. "They're at lunch and will call you back" at 2 PM PST. Doubtful. That is the response you will get 100% of the time. I felt like I was being evaded via ************** to clarify, I was not harassing them via email, but I did have to call daily to close my account. Today, upon cancellation, the customer success manager talked over me the entire time trying so hard to convince me to stay by educating me on finances. The reality is, I did NOT want to be considered a delinquent account holder which is what you will END UP being if you do business with them. I was not told this, only a slight dip in credit until I pay them a good amount. yet this business will GASLIGHT you into thinking you didn't understand their services. WRONG. I am grateful for my bank giving me a lifeline & educating me on these types of Debt consolidation programs. Also grateful I can contractually close my account anytime and will be awaiting my 1 & only payment on my escrow acct. They have nothing but obvious fake reviews on Trust Pilot.I did NOT sign up for their type of debt resolution services. DON'T open an account with them. Save yourself the headache & endless calls.

    Mary Ann was extremely helpful in getting my debt in order. I was able to consolidate my debt in half and reduce the monthly payment to lesson than half of what I was paying. I appreciate all her help in getting my financial situation in a much better standing.
