    I spent over $800 on a trunk luggage from this company and after not even 2 years of owning it, a part on it popped off during a trip, causing two large metal screws to be exposed. The screws horribly punctured my leg leaving a 4 inch scar that until this day is still very visible and has not healed. I emailed Rimowa's customer service team immediately, including pictures, my original receipt and a detailed description of the accident. Rimowa made me wait for months for a response from their ******************* Manager, *********************************, who offered zero help and not even a proper apology for this unnecessary ordeal. Don't buy a Rimowa! Their customer service is a joke, the products are poorly made, and they are completely overpriced compared to other luggage options on the market.
