    1. I live in ************** and paid ****** Cordova for an online fitness coaching program after he aggressively coerced me over the phone, trying to obtain my credit card information. Eventually, I gave in and sent him $300 via Venmo. He initially contacted me through "cold-calling" via direct messages on Instagram. However, after making the payment, I became incapacitated due to chronic sacroiliac joint dysfunction pain and I am currently in the process of undergoing multiple surgical procedures. Because of this, I was unable to start his program and requested a refund. ****** has refused to return my money despite my dissatisfaction and the fact that no services were rendered.2. I made the payment of $300 via Venmo on January 31, 2025, for the fitness coaching program. My attempts to request a refund began shortly after I realized that I did not want to continue working with ******, due to my medical issues and his aggressive behavior.3. ****** Cordova was the only representative I dealt with in this transaction.4. ****** Cordova advertises his fitness coaching services on Instagram, claiming that he provides personalized coaching over the internet. From my phone and text interactions with him, it is clear that his style is not supportive; rather, it is extremely aggressive and sadistic.5. I did not sign a formal contract for the service. The agreement was based on communication through Instagram and Venmo. ****** Cordova does not offer any contract or written refund policy.
