    My dad bought a pool table May 2023 from Chief Billiards. They delayed the delivery.. which raised no red flags in the beginning. Until we realized the slab, had a slope which obviously effects the play. They picked it up, and now its been 8 months and the pool table is still not fixed. They take days to respond, never communicates, and its always excuse after excuse. Theyve planned a delivery date probrably 10 times in the past couple months and never showed up. Payment was made via *****, so I cant dispute with my bank. They agreed on a refund, but havent came out to check it out since they cant refund until they make sure the table is good.

    On October 24, I purchased a billiard table and accessories from ******* at Chief Billiards, sending him a deposit of $3349 via Zelle. He stated delivery would be in 2 weeks. On Nov 30, he said distributor confirmed delays and he would issue a refund. It is now 6 weeks and still no refund. He never answers the phone. Rarely texts back. There is a physical store listed as ********************************************************************. No one ever answers the 866 number listed on ******. I believe he will only answer the phone or call back if one poses as a potential buyer.
