      I placed an order through the businesses online store on 11/23 for $322.18. On their website, it says that orders are usually processed within 48 hours, but due to covid, can now take up to 7 business days. Understandable.The business charged my payment method on 11/28. I have still yet to receive goods for my purchase or a shipping confirmation and today is 12/8, still past 7 business days.I contacted their customer service email on 12/5 and received an automated message saying that my order was successfully accepted and is currently being picked and pulled for shipment. I only found out it was automated when I sent an additional email today, 12/8, and received the same message moments later. When I replied to either email, no response.I also called their customer service phone number and it never brings you to a live person. You are able to leave a message, but no one has ever called me back. I have also tried to call their US Headquarters number, same response. I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my order for a refund.My last resort was to call one of their brick and mortar stores and see if I could get any help that way. They had very little information they could give out, but were more helpful than the businesses own customer service.I have also been on their social media pages and it looks like there are many more customers also having the same issue.

      I have a problem with a purchase S1840737 that I made on November 27, I already sent several emails to the company and still did not get a response from customer service The money was already deducted from my account plus the merchandise was never sent If they really are not going to send the merchandise, I just want my money back and some response from the company, since I try to call the numbers placed on their website for customer service and none of them are available to attend my issue

Please let ** know if you still have not received this package and confirm this was the correct shipping address it was intended to be delivered to.

      We have contacted our shipping manager to initiate a tracer investigation to see if your package can be recovered, is deemed lost, or was stolen. If they are unable to locate the delivery,  a replacement order will be sent to you at no cost or a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment depending on availability.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding the tracer investigation process and I would be more than happy to help as needed.

      Ordered on 11/20/22. My card was charged in full. As of today 12/3/22 my order has not shipped and all of my email inquiries have been responded with a generic "sorry about covid delays". These are Christmas gifts. I have emailed repeatedly to cancel the order and refund with no real response. I'm apparently going to have to do a charge back with my cc. It seems Volcom is using my money for their executives families Christmas gifts or employee bonuses. Just horrible customer service. Don't say a 3 to 5 day shipping . It's been 13 days!

      I placed an online order to Volcom.com for 2 pairs of pants totaling $51.94, on 11/18/22. It is now 12/01/22 and my items have not shipped out, and when I sent an inquiry about the status of my order, I just received a generic email. I have now read about other complaints from other Volcom.com customers for same issue, with some customers never receiving there items and having to file formal complaints with you.
