      Numerous attempts have been made to get a parking permit ratified, Nordic Security has failed to reach out or reply my emails concerning this matter. I received a parking violation notice after providing proof of ownership of my vehicle. My second car went missing from the parking lot a few years ago and left me to believe I was a victim of theft. Turns out Nordic towed my vehicle and was faced with having to pay the expense out of pocket. The *** was delaying my tags which I had no control over during covid. In short, It was company policy to tow my car. Their solution was to attend the *** meetings and meet with the management team in hope to get reimbursed. Now my wife purchased a new car; THIS time she left work early to go in person to assure she was given the permit sticker. Nordic, again, failed to validate her permit number in the system and have been given multiple parking violations since. We called again with no luck. Their best advice was to email *****, as we did, but did not hear back from her. A week later or so, an email reply explained that the citation had been voided. To our surprise, yet another violation notice was on her windshield days after. We are now parking out in the street where reports have been made of catalytic converters being stolen and personal property. I called and left a formal complaint with the Benchmark Villas who contract these guys asking what was going on? I receive a run around and I refused to take an email this time. I took pictures of their signs by the street and their phone is directed to a different entity but were still dealing with the same characters by the name Allied.Meanwhile; Our vehicle is not secure inside or out and were taking a risk. I gathered information and decided to go up the latter of command and I am now reporting such with a RE 519 with the *******************, and with the BBB in hope that someone does their job right. To anyone going through this non-sense don't hesitate and do as I did.

      I purchased surfshark vpn on or about 11/25/22. I used nord industies as the company because surfshark doesn't have a business listing and they merged. I did an update as they requested and now it doesn't work at all on my computer. I talked to their tec guys and they were unable to get it to work after numerous suggestions. The problem seems to be their update. I don't think I should have to pay for the balance of a 2 year subscription because they have a bad update. I also have multiple emails of the things they tried , including a scan of my computer that detected no problems on my end. I tried to copy the emails but was unable. I could forward them to you unless there is another way Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
