    Absolutely unacceptable experience. My coworker went to this clinic in ******* for a routine varicose vein treatment and ended up with severe complications, including necrosis and significant skin damage. She was left with a hole in her leg after the doctor had to cut away dead tissue something that should never have happened from a basic ************ make matters worse, the clinic has stopped responding to her phone calls and emails. Shes been left completely in the dark with no follow-up care, no accountability, and no support. This is not just poor service its negligent and dangerous. Patients deserve better than to be abandoned when something goes wrong.Avoid this place if you value your health and well-being.

    I went to consultation on March of this year 2022 I spoke with the doctor I was told to leave $350 and that would take the date that I wanted at my surgery off calendar so I did that for reasons I've had to cancel and reschedule my pre-op appointment this last time I gave him like I've been in the past the last times that I've had a colon cancel a 24-hour notice like I was told or I will lose my $350 this last time I had gave him the 24-hour notice like I was told and I told them the reason why I didn't I couldn't go to my pre-op that I have to push it back because I didn't have the 850 dollars due to the fact I was sick so I didn't have enough hours on my paycheck then I was advised through a text message that I would have an additional $500 charge attitude to my amount and I was because apparently I had canceled and rescheduled three times but I was never told I only had three times to cancel and reschedule I was only told that if I needed to reschedule or cancel I would have to give them a 24-hour notice or I will lose her $50 which I did that also in the text message I was told that they took me off of surgery date calendar then the second time that I had canceled and rescheduled I was told by one of the ladies in the office for me to call when I had the money I've tried to reach out to the office manager **************'ve also tried to reach out to the doctor through text message and regards to my $350 because they breach the contract I did not so now I'm seeking the help.
