      Absolutely appalling company! Issued a return as the items didnt fit. They made an exception to return sale items. I spent 250 on the swim suits. All I needed was different sizes. After sending them all their items back, they are trying to tell me the the brand new swimsuits are damaged!!! They are liars and scam artists!!! What an absolute sucking experience when employees lie to not issue refunds for their own financial gain. Do not purchase with this company!!!! Crooked crooked management working in the administration department!!!! I will be disputing the charge for fraud. And possibly getting lawyers involved and this isnt about the money, but ***** lies and deception.

      Hi ***** - thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize you had a poor experience as we strive to make every experience one that will keep customers loyal and happy! All returns should not be worn and returned with tags and inner liner per the website, receipt and card put in the bag. However, we should have handled it better. I was informed our customer service team has given you a credit and you have already purchased a new set. We hope you love it!!! Again thank you for your feedback so we can strive to do better.
