      They unfairly towed my vehicle after colluding with shady OC Patrol for kickbacks. Look at OV Patrols Yelp reviews and pics. They target women & if you are not Hispanic like them, they charge way higher prices than listed prices just bc they know you are vulnerable & scared. Bigoted Power trip against vulnerable Asian women with kids. They are unethical & scary. Chills. Not sure why any ********* would let OC patrols obvious collisions with towing companies.

      Horrible place, they wrongfully target edelrly people waiting for prescriptions at CVS. They just taking advantage of people. They need to be shutdown. My friend is a manager at *** and told they are driving around and if the car is parked there past the house even though no signs have tong limit, they tow them, claiming *** manager called them. Lies

      **** D Southside Towing in ********** and ************** at ************************************************************** have a predatory towing practice. We parked in the lot and purchased a *************** in the Plaza but crossed the street to get an ice cream in another part of ************. Immediately after crossing the street, a tow truck was called to tow our vehicle 1.2 miles to the Southside Towing lot at **************************** We were charged $539.50 that included $303 for the tow, $85.00 storage fee for less than one hour and a $151.50 gate fee to drive our vehicle out of their lot. I believe ************** and Southside Towing are colluding to rip off unsuspecting people and creating a profit center for both companies. They should have their license investigated and terminated for unscrupulous practices. We were treated like criminals by the "prison warden" processing the paperwork.

      My sons car was towed illegally within our apartment complex. After having such an aggressive conversation and encounter with the sales manager *************************** I was scared to pick up my vehicle. She was very combative and using derogatory language over the phone. After picking up my vehicle she started contacting me from her personal cell phone. She has called my phone 3 times on a Sunday within a 1 minute time frame. And 7 times on 01/31/24 within a 3 minute time frame. I have had to take time from work to file a police report and file a restraining order against this person. Not only are they shady in business but they have psychopaths working for them that have access to your personal information including your place of residence! Please proceed with caution when ever having to do business with these people.

      I was illegally towed and they were unresponsive. Insanely horrible customer service and extremely shady. If you are reading this, I highly encourage you to file a complaint with the Bureu of Automotive Repairs (BAR) to get this place shut down ASAP.

      Horrible service and misinformed representatives! My daughter's car was towed and she actually saw the guy towing it. He just looked at her and drove off with her phone and wallet still in the vehicle. We tracked her phone and was finally able to find out where it was. I called and was told that the car "could not" be picked up until 8:30pm (this was at 12:30pm in the afternoon!). We arrive to the appointment and was told by a worker that we could have picked up the car earlier, but if we waited until the next day (Sunday), we could pick it up and the $150 fee would be waived. In addition we were told my daughter could pay with my credit card as long as she had a letter and my id because I live 30 miles away. My daughter arrived the next morning and was told, the worker did not know what he was talking about, and the fee is $538.50 and I had to be there in person to take care of the transaction. The lady behind the window was rude, unwilling to admit to their mistake, and the many signs they have posted do not make sense. There are charges if CHP towed your car, and there are other charges if Orange County PD towed your car. Neither of those agencies towed her car, so how can you justify the costs? And the car was towed from her building. No tickets were ever written and these guys seem to be going out just to look for vehichles to tow as if they are policing the streets for violations that they don't even have rights to enforce. This place has a contract with Orange County PD and they should be advised on just how "bad" this contract is being handled. It's plain and simple "predatory pratices" and law-suit worthy.

      my car was towed illegally in my own parking space! this towing company is a totally scam. they need to be shut down and prosecuted by all means.
