      Absolute scam! Sent an ebill to just my boyfriend, when were both on the lease, demanding for an additional month of rent and utilities as a move out requirement. We moved out on a Friday and it said we had to pay the following Monday or else there would be an additional late fee. We tried to call the phone number on the statement 3 times and there was no answer. When we called the property manager AND the actual company our apartments go through, they had no idea what this **** was for.

      I was charged a flat 100$ convenience fee for a 19$ payment which I accidentally paid. I reached out to their customer ********************** to stop the transaction scheduled for next day only to be told that I don't have an option to roll back the transaction, since the payment went through by the time they got back to me. I would advise anyone using realpage to check the total amount twice before hitting on "submit" button.
