    I wanted to buy a one time bottle of Tru Metabolism made by Tru Supplements.I did not realize I was signing up for a monthly delivery of Tru Metabolism, I wanted to only buy one bottle.I have called the company 3 or 4 times to request they take me off of the monthly delivery, as my ATM card is being charged monthly for a supplement I no longer want, but there is no way to get through to the company.I get a message telling me that all of their lines are busy and to leave a phone number and someone will call me back, but NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK and it is IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A PERSON. I have also emailed them several times to ask to be taken off of their monthly delivery of Tru Metabolism supplement and no one responds to my emails OR phone calls. My ATM card continues to get charged monthly and I keep receiving a bottle of the supplement every month and I don't WANT to receive a monthly supply of the supplement. I want to be taken off of their subscription where I receive a bottle of Tru Metabolism every month, yet there is no way to cancel my monthly subscription.

    We would like to address the complaint filed by ****** ***** and provide clarification regarding her concerns for complaint #********

    After reviewing our records thoroughly, we have confirmed that Ms. ***** made a total of three individual purchases with our company over the course of two years. None of these purchases were associated with a subscription or recurring order. We have no records of any subscription being initiated under her name, email, or shipping address.

    To resolve the matter and ensure clarity, we reached out to Ms. ***** via email and requested she provide screenshots or evidence of the charges she believes are associated with our company.

    Unfortunately, we have not received a response from her as of this date. We have included a screenshot of our response to her inquiry indicating our team has in fact reached out to her.

    We remain open and willing to review any additional information she can provide and will address any discrepancies immediately if they are found.

    We take customer concerns seriously and strive to resolve issues promptly. Should Ms. ***** respond with further details, we are committed to working with her directly to clarify and resolve this matter.

    We appreciate the opportunity to provide our side of the situation and are happy to assist further if needed.
