    We were talked into joining guesty with a lot of promises that they were unable to deliver for our small short term rental property management business. Even though thier software couldn't deliver what was promised to us, they continued to make us pay for our listings that were only active for 1 week, for the remaining 6 months that we were under contract on!! Do not use them if you have a pms that is working for you currenlty. Trying to switch to their non functioning calendar and system has been a nightmare. Customer support took multiple days to fix a calendar sync issue which cost us multiple bookings from availability calendar issues. I should have known when a contract was required they did not have any intention on delivering a quality product.

    I did a free trial and linked 2 Airbnb accounts to guesty. The trial ended and I was then unable to access my guesty account to unlink them. Because this was interfering with my booking settings on Airbnb I called guesty customer service and they advised me I would need to pay for a subscription to reactivate my account and delink the Airbnb accounts but that I would receive a refund. Now I have paid for the subscription and they will not refund me.

    Bad customer service. Support takes forever to solve problems and get back to you. Took 3 months of "investigating" to see why I was overcharged a few listings to finally give me credit/refund. Even worse product. Automations not working; sending wrong check in information to wrong units, wrong codes, wrong everything. Had guests walk in the wrong unit because of their automations malfunction to guests inside and caused many safety issues and problems. Bookings not showing up on calendar. List goes on. AVOID GUESTY

    defective product. Impact: Unacceptable liability exposure and cannot do liability shift on transactions.Cannot identify the booking engine where the reservation was booked in the Source field. Need to search manually. Guesty inferior product. Impact: Additional workload, confusion with owners that see one revenue and later changes.Offline fees payable at check in are not supported to be shown at checkout. Guesty Inferior product. Impact: confusion, conflicts with guests, additional customer service call costs.
