Sadly, copyright infringement is rampant, but Pixsy works hard to protect photographers and get them the payment they are due when their work is infringed. Unfortunately, copywritten photos are frequently used without authorization by individuals, small businesses and large corporations alike, but Pixsy works diligently to protect the artists. The process of filing a claim is simple, they respond quickly to questions, and cases are usually resolved in a timely manner. I have had only positive experiences using their services.

Over the last year my eyes have been opened to the amount of image theft that occurs, and more surprisingly who is doing. Businesses, CEO's, government agencies, and non-profits. Even an intellectual property lawyer in my case. Through journey Pixsy has been immensely helpful recovering damages from unauthorized usage. I highly recommend them.

Pixsy offers a specialized service to photographers who seek to protect their intellectual property rights. The accusations made against them regarding harassment, extortion, & fraudulent practices seem to be derived from misunderstandings & a lack of information about copyright laws.Understanding Copyright: Many people mistakenly believe that if an image is on the Internet, it's free to use. However, images are often protected by copyright, & using them without proper permission is illegal. Pixsy's role is to help photographers enforce their copyrights, not to engage in extortion or harassment.Value of Images: The value of an image depends on its quality, uniqueness, the photographer's reputation, & the market it's being sold in. The licensing fees requested by Pixsy may seem high to some, but they reflect the value the images hold for the creator & the market.Fair Practice: Accusations of illicit blackmail, fraud, & being a "SCAM company" are serious but seem to be based on individual experiences rather than a broad pattern of behavior. Pixsy operates within the legal framework, & while their persistence may be perceived as harassment, it's part of their efforts to protect their clients' rights.Responsibility of Users: Those who use images must ensure they have the right to do so. Being unaware of the law is not an excuse for violating it. The complaints about Pixsy's relentless emails & demands for money arise from a failure to recognize the importance of copyright compliance. This doesn't make Pixsy's actions criminal or unethical. While the frustration expressed in the claims against Pixsy is palpable, it seems to be based more on misunderstanding & miscommunication rather than any malicious intent on Pixsy's part. Proper education on copyright laws could go a long way in resolving these issues. Pixsy serves an essential function in protecting the rights of ********************** actions are aligned with legal standards, not criminality or exploitation

Pixsy has been my ally and has helped me to protect my intellectual property for many years. Pixsy has been diligent and has abided by all local regulations in each jurisdiction. I have always felt a sense of relief with the knowledge that Pixsy is taking care of infringement through its actions. They have always taken a conservative approach to this enterprise, and they have avoided overreach at every turn. Over the years, Pixsy has been absolutely instrumental in facilitating the conservation of my copyrighted works and I am forever grateful to Pixsy for their transparency, partnership, gravitas, and candor. If there are other reviewers on this platform that have had a negative experience, theres a decent chance that they are disgruntled infringers and not the rights holders themselves. Thank you Pixsy for all you do! Thank you to all of the attorneys who specialize in intellectual property law around the world!

Pixsy operates with integrity and has helped me recover licensing fees from infringers who would otherwise have "used" my copyrighted work without compensation or attribution. Highly recommended!

Pixsy is an indispensable tool for protecting the rights of photographers and the ownership of their photos. For several years, I've relied on Pixsy to recover revenue that would've otherwise been lost to copyright violators and am very pleased with their hard work and relentless pursuit of infringing parties. If you are a photographer who cares about protecting the rights to your work, I highly recommend partnering with Pixsy.

Its crazy seeing all the negative reviews from small businesses that got caught stealing. Now they come on here to post how they stole and how they shouldnt be punished for it. Lol its wild that anyone can justify stealing from someone because they didnt know. Chances are if you didnt take the photo, you dont have the rights to use it. Pretty simple. There are many places to purchase stock imagery but these small businesses choose to go the lazy route, scour ****** images, steal someones work, then cry when they get hammered with a license fee.Ive been using ******************** service for years now and being an event photographer I have had my work published without my permission by countless sources including publications that are worldwide and gross $1b a year. Funny enough the bigger publications have no problem paying out a fee when they have done wrong. Its always the people that cant afford to steal that steal. Luckily Pixsy is relentless and will get me my money one way or another. I have had ******************************************************************************************************** all Ive been compensated well for the unauthorized usage of my imagery. Thank you to Pixsy! If youre a small business reading this right now, STOP STEALING PEOPLES WORK AND MAKE YOUR OWN CONTENT. If you do continue to steal Pixsy gonna get ya

I am a photographer and artist that uses Pixsy as part of my business. I have been very happy with their services as they assist me in pursuing companies that infringe upon my artwork. Prior to using Pixsy, I felt a bit helpless as I saw my work used all over the internet, but Pixsy has helped me get my work removed and has helped me get rightful compensation for copyright infringement.

All they do is harass people and small businesses for images that have no copyright placed in them and then threatened people for loads of money. The business and artists should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people not knowing what theyre doing or people using royalty free pics and then saying it isnt.
