As I was checking to see if anything has been paid to my loans as True Solutions stated I noticed they have not and I asked a representative about logging in to pay but apparently the portal is under construction. I was never made aware they would run my credit and as I am researching it seems to be a scam I have tried to contact the rep that originally contacted me but he has not responded. I would like to be paid the first $95 I paid and for it to be removed of my credit.Initial Complaint

I recently noticed on my credit report that there was a charge off from ***************************. I have never heard of this company so I filed a dispute with the credit bureau. I also contacted the phone number for *************************** and was told that they received my account from True Solutions, which they said was a company that was financing my federal student loans. I have never heard of True Solutions either. I don't recall anything about ever having to pay for federal student loan services, nor do I recall actually making payment and when I tried to research it, I have been finding information that it is a scam. I am trying to get this information off my credit report before it falls off in ****. *************************** said if I settle the balance it will be removed from my credit report but in order to settle they need to calculate interest from 2019 until today to get an updated balance. Federal Student **** services do not charge a fee or cost anything, and I never received notice from them regarding past due payments or notice that my account was in default but they proceeded to charge it off which now shows on my credit report.Initial Complaint

I've been a customer for 4 years. I've completed my contract obligations to True Solutions and until recently was satisfied with your service, but I've tried for months to get a hold of you, I've left numerous messages on your message service with no response. I'm sorry that ***** and government decisions have interfered with your business. I was assured by your representative that even 10 years in the future someone would be completing the paperwork to defer my loans. I just need an answer. Did I waste my money on you? Am I back to square one, and need to start repaying my loans again? Just want an answer from anybody.Initial Complaint

A True solutions representative ********************* called me about consolidating my student loans and it will lower my payments if I sued their company to do it. True Solutions faked like they're doing you a huge favor with your student loans but they do not. They give a fake disclosure and won't answer phone calls sent to that number that they provide. I tried to cancel 95$ payments on my account but they are running a fake credit scam. They will use your information to take your money. I'm highly upset that I fell for this well thought out scheme. Huge scam place of business is non existent. Good luck to those in this situation. I'm trying to block payments but even then they will charge you a fee for missing payment because they have your information. People please read fine prints and notice grammar errors and forwarded emails. Plus the fake email accounts and phone numbers for which they don't answer. They also put in the contract they do not have to acknowledge your termination requests. Please help me stop these people !Initial Complaint

I contacted true solutions to help with my student loan debt. They asked me to sign a contract to pay $95 for nine months and assured me that the rest will be forgiven after that time. No payments have been made towards my student loans and refused to contact me back, I've tried several times to contact them and even contacted *************************** who told me that no application has been processed. They continue to take funds from my account and I have been unable to cancel this contract. I would like a refund and for this to be removed from my credit.Initial Complaint

I was in the process of trying to refinance my home loan. I had been told my student loans needed to be consolidated at which time I was sent to True Solutions. This company not only has never done a thing for me they changed my password info on my federal student aid account and prevented me from accessing it. Once i gained my access again I was told that the loans were not completely consolidated so I myself completed the process. This Home Servicing company has reported bad to my credit preventing me from refinancing now and they didn't do a thing to help me at all. I have called and called and emailed several times and can't get in contact with anyone. I just want to cancel or remove it from my credit because I need to refinance and this is hurting me.Business Response

I was called and told that for **** this company would be able to help me with my student loans and get them paid off very quickly. I have asked 8-10 times for them to cancel my contract and with no response. I no longer am wanting to pay and was informed that my account will be going into collections. This is a student loans SCAM! They take money from me every month.Business Response

I have been making payment to*********************** who was supposed to be collecting monies for True Solutions, INC who was supposed to be managing my student loan. The Middle of July *** contacted me to say they had a returned check and needed payment. I thought it was due to me having to get a new debit card, so i made the payment over the phone and an additional payment for the remaining balance on 7-16. My wife then started to look over the checking account and found a payment was taken out on 6-15-22 under Federal Student Loan Council . Again on 7-29-2022 a payment was taken out for the same amount under the same name. Per our bank it has a different name for the pending transaction of ******* ******************. I contacted *** and was told I needed to contact True Solution. True Solutions did not answer. I also attempted to find a phone number for ******* and they don't have phone. I then contact ****** to see if any payments had been made. ****** said there had been no activity on my student loan account. I have been making monthly payment with *** for two years with the understanding that after the two years my loans would be forgiven. Now after being completely paid up they have taken additional monies out of my account..Business Response
