    I wish I could give two reviews....one for the chair itself and one for the companies customer service. The chair is decent. I'd give it a 3.5 to 4 out of 5.the ******** service though is terrible 1 out of 5. Heaven help you if you have an extended warranty....it's next to worthless with them. We bought our chair with a 5 year extended. during that time we had to have them come out and to diagnose and replace the main board / panel when we first bought the chair. During the last year it started having loud squeaks and an inconsistent thumping when the tracks / rollers would move. We called and they said we didn't have a warranty.... We produced the original paperwork that stated we had purchased with a 5 year warranty. We had to actually go to the store that we bought the store through (who incidentally has stopped carrying this brand) to get help. We couldn't get them to send anyone to check out the chair. Their idea of support was to have us take a video of it and send it to them which they claimed not to have received twice. They also kept not returning calls and again we had to go to the store for help. This kept going on until the warranty was expired. WORST customer service ever. they do not honor there extended warranty. My suggestion is to avoid them. There are other chairs out there every bit as good or better for the same money who will honor their warranty to the end if you have issues.

    Tech support said no way to lessen the air intensity. 20% restock through *** Warehouse. Don't buy if you have leg pressure problems because of the air bags.

    I wish I would've looked up these reviews prior to purchasing this chair. My purchase date was March 23, 2023 I literally used the chair 5x and on my 6th time it didn't work. Being thrown back and forth from ****** Appliances and their customer service I have had a technician come out twice who spent more time on his phone with another tech bc he didn't know what he was doing. And I have received parts twice and still no working chair. They send out another remote for the chair when the remote wasn't even the problem. I spent over $4000 on this miserable piece of s*** So still waiting for my chair to get fixed. Buyer beware... if there was a way to give negative stars I would gladly give negative 5 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
