    The Worst Management Company *** Ever Dealt With If youre thinking about hiring Lordon Management, dont. My experience with them has been a disaster from the start. Theyve neglected critical maintenance issues at my property for almost a year now. Ive been reporting serious problems like broken gutters and a damaged balcony thats not only unsafe but also getting worse with every rainstorm. Despite countless emails, follow-ups, and even contractors providing repair proposals, nothing has been done. The few times Ive managed to get a response, its been dismissive or just empty promises. They claim the ********* is reviewing the proposals, but this has been going on for months, and its obvious theyre just stalling. Meanwhile, the damage keeps getting worse, and my propertyand others in the communitysuffers. At first, I thought this was just my bad luck, but Ive spoken with neighbors and found similar stories everywhere. Some people have been waiting even longer than I have for basic repairs. After reading online reviews, its clear this is a pattern. Lordon has a reputation for ignoring their responsibilities, creating delays, and leaving homeowners to deal with the fallout. Its inexcusable. I cant say this strongly enough: do not hire this company. They will harm your community, waste your time, and make your life miserable. This isnt just my experienceits the same story from many others Ive talked to. They are completely unfit to manage any property.

    Residents were issued a one-week notice detailing the commencement of asphalt work, scheduled to span five consecutive days starting from Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, until Saturday. According to the provided flyer, vehicle and pedestrian traffic are prohibited from the work area between 7:00 am and 7:00 am the following day.In light of these restrictions, I reached out via email to ***********************************, seeking clarification on designated overflow parking arrangements and pedestrian access during the construction period. Given the limited capacity of our parking lots and the absence of available street parking due to nearby apartment residents, it was imperative to ensure alternative arrangements were in place to accommodate affected residents.Regrettably, ****************************** response provided minimal assistance, merely designating Lots A & B as parking areas and suggesting consideration of street parking. This response failed to address the practical challenges faced by residents in finding suitable parking alternatives and did not address ensuring access to our homes.Subsequently, I reiterated my concerns to both *************************** and **************************, emphasizing the urgency of the matter as the asphalt work was scheduled to commence in just three days. Compounding the issue, despite reaching out during office hours and adhering to established communication protocols, I received no acknowledgment or response. Even after contacting ***************************** regarding the lack of urgency in addressing my concerns, no satisfactory resolution or explanation was provided.This lack of responsiveness and customer service is deeply concerning, particularly as it contradicts the principles espoused by *************************, as outlined on their website. Timely and effective communication, especially in situations impacting residents' safety and convenience, is essential for fostering trust and cooperation within our community.

    I purchased my condo in November of 2023 and 3 months later I regret having to deal with Lordon as the property management company. I was told all requests and issues must be directed to them but nothing can get solved because they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. ********************************* is the absolute worst manager ever!!! I've been emailing this woman since January 15, **** and still haven't gotten a response on my requests, today is February 22, ****. The only email she responded to was one where I told her she verbally and incorrectly told me that my architectural request was approved , but I later found out she wasn't fully transparent. My roof is leaking in multiple areas , the insulation inside of the drywall is wet and she doesn't even have the decency to communicate with me. The safety of my family is at risk due to issues they aren't communicating with me on. As a homeowner I'm legally *********** copies of board meeting minutes in which I've requested AT LEAST 5 times! She hasn't responded ONCE ! This company needs to have a management training and properly educate their staff on how to address homeowner needs. Ignoring homeowners needs is distasteful considering hoa community payments is what keeps their lights on. ********* is a poor excuse for a property manager! It's gotten to the point where I'm cc'ing the ** Donalea into every email I send her and she still doesn't respond. She doesn't even respect her superior enough to at least pretend to care about her job and servicing homeowners. How can a company read all these negative reviews (Yelp) about their staff and not call a meeting to demand their employees act in the most reasonable way? I'm sure customer service was a requirement when they got the job so why not maintain it once hired ? This company needs a completely new management staff! If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would!
