    The owner directly handles orders and was EXTREMELY unprofessional when handling a shipping error. Then they cancelled the order when I complained and called my personal number to threaten me.

    This review is false and misleading, and important details were left out. Below is a very accurate description of what took place. The customer did not provide the their apartment number when they placed their order online, so their package was undeliverable by **** and sent it back to us. We emailed the customer letting them know that the apartment number was not provided, and that we would ship the package back to them once it was returned to our office (using the now provided apartment number on the new shipping label). We also let them know that they would have to pay the shipping cost again since the error was on the their part, not ours. The customer sent a very rude response, so we deiced to cancel and refund their order and told them to take their business elsewhere. We also tried calling them to discuss the situation, but when he answered the phone, before I was able to introduce myself, he yelled "go f*%k yourself!" and hung up.
