      The issue is that I was told on the phone I was going to get ******************************************************************************** 8 cents a pound. They also told me that copper was worth $4.50 a pound they told me on site that they're only $2.50 a pound but on the piece of paper only gave me a dollar 62 a pound I am owed probably another $60 and they only gave me ************************************************************** they would give me on the. I went down there today June 11th 2024 I was there approximately 3:02 p.m. after I did everything I was supposed to I even disputed with the person there that I was told it was $0.30 a pound what they gave me for all of it

      I'd visited this center located at: ******************************************************************* on 9/6/23 during 9:42am. I unloaded a whole steel grill, three steel racks, also two bicycle rims as well as a metal bicycle frame to be recycled. Upon receiving my receipt the material description stated one tin as if I only weighed one individual item which was concerning. The total amount on my receipt stated seventy cents which was the lowest amount I ever received from anything I ever recycled. When I inquired with the weighmaster in regards to the material description he told me they use that code for all metals even the heavy metals to weigh. This recycling center has a posted list of all the metals they accept and the metal's payment per pound. The weighmaster said I could weigh the metals separately but my stated payment amount I'd received would remain the same. I mentioned to the weighmaster I'd brought a toddlers bike to be weighed in the past and I received five dollars. The weighmaster replied the toddler bike I recycled in the past could've been aluminum and thats why I possibly received more but I explained the toddler bike wasn't aluminum. When I submitted my receipt to the cashier to receive my cash payment I presented my state identification card. Unlike previous times I'd recycled at this **************** location the cashier took my identification but didn't included any of my information on my receipt. My receipt not only didn't have any of my information but neither the cashier information or weighmaster information which is really odd and out of ordinary. Usually I provide a Seller's Signature and I also print my name when I recycle at this specific recycling center in ****************.
