      January I booked a reservation for ******** Hollow on Expedia when arriving to the hotel while it was pouring down rain get to the room and the room is full of cigarette smoke it it’s filthy there’s holes in the wall. The couch is dirty and I immediately go to the front desk and have them come down and look at the room and told him I will not be staying there because I have small children and one that have asthma and would not be able to sleep in that room we had to sleep in our car the entire night, they said they would refund us the money in the morning. We get it out of the car go to the office pouring down rain. No one answered the whole entire we seen an office staff on the way out who said they would make sure that we got refunded still didn’t receive a refund called several days after spoke with the lady spoke with the owner. ***** both said they would refund the money when calling Expedia and Expedia cold, *****, ***** told Expedia a lie saying that we stayed the night. There was smoking cigarettes in the room. I don’t even smoke cigarettes. I have two children with me so there’s no way that I smoke cigarettes in the room after hearing this I went on Yelp to check out what does shady business practices work and come to find out that they have been running a scam on everyone that has stayed at the hotel. There are pictures on Yelp to poop at the hotel with filthy, and that they are lying on people and overcharging them. I am requesting a refund before I call the health department on this company, I plan to contact the federal trade commission and the attorney general office if I do not receive my refund.
