      They are damaging peoples credit and lives by putting random stuff on peoples credit . Once you get them on the phone you will hear they are some ghetto people that is looking for some change any way they can . Service is horrible attitude is the worst they definitely need to be shut down .

      **** on me 4 times, tried to get corporate President name and location of corporate address. Agent ************************* refused to give the information has required by law. She hung up and said that I had know right to asked this information. Very rude and unprofessional attitude.

      Fraudulent debt collection attempts. Said they were attempting to collect a debt on behalf of my credit union/bank. Knowing I had no outstanding debt I contacted my credit union, who advised me this was a fraudulent debt collection attempt and to not send them any payment.

      I got a call from a sales person to help clean up my credit for one dollar and the sales guy talked so fast just before I gave my card info to only charge a dollar I have been checking my credit and found them to be on a debit for $463 and the amount keeps generating I disputed the charges but they must be aside each other with Experian trans union I keep disputing they have done nothing for me but caused bad credit supposed to be a credit repair not causing bad credit
