    In Nov. 2024, the company holds an annual event where the funds go to a children's charity. Which is fine, I don't have an issue with that. It's called the Extra Life Event, and it runs for 24 hours, where they themselves and certain YouTubers collect money for the event to give to the charity. During the final hour, they stated that if you donated $100.00 USD or more in one donation, they would not only put you in a drawing for a free X-Box game console, but you would also get a unique drawing from the developers. Well, here's where it goes south for me. I did click on their link to donate, but during the process, I thought I had to make an account with the charity and set up how much I was going to fund. Doing so actually removed me from their link and it wasn't acknowledged by them. I have a receipt to show that I donated during the day and time of the event, but no one is responding to me when trying to reach out to them about it.
