Having graduated from college (& being first gen) and finding a bunch of random medical ********************** was able to help me address & remove those issues so I could be approved for my student loan. 5 starsI have been with a handful of so called "credit fixers" and they have either been crazy expensive or really didn't have the integrity or professionalism... ALL to state that CCS /M.L. 1 starThese people are a total SCAM. I was told over the phone on the first call they would have old addresses and a number of disputes related to old closed accounts on my record removed. I contacted all 3 credit reporting agencies 2 months later and recorded all the calls i have for proof. All 3 told me they [1 of them] got NO power of attorney from Core Credit which meant nothing could be done for me or the other 2 said they got NOTHING from Core Credit related to the addresses and old accounts. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK...Core Credit Solutions. Inc.

We thank the BBB for the opportunity to address this wildly inaccurate statement. **************** enrolled into our program on February 23rd looking for help with his credit. We were successful in removing numerous items from his report as well as addresses as well. **************** requested to cancel at the end of March and had us send a free round of disputes to his Credit Card with a large balance claiming he provided an alternate way of paying, therefore it should be deleted (we have never heard of this, and he said he was it from a ******* video). Needless to say, this was not successful because he stopped paying the card. When he stopped paying his credit card, his score dropped, which was against our advice. **************** contact us at the end of April demanding a refund for no work or disputes done. We provided **************** ample proof of items negative items deleted, addresses deleted, phone numbers, etc, yet **************** was not to be dissuaded to his false belief of obtaining a refund. He claimed he called the bureaus, and they did not have a ***** of ******** for us to dispute, despite the fact he signed one to enroll in our program. **************** then threatened us with a chargeback unless we refund him which we declined because work had been done and proven. **************** decided to go against all the proof and file a fraudulent chargeback with his bank, which we then provided: his email communications, texts, signed contract, etc. It is unfortunate that some people who sign up for a service try and lie and get a refund back after, but it does occur as is apparent with ****************.Asd a small business, especially in the current economic climate, rectifying problems with clients is imperative. However, some people think that they can bully companies into providing service for free under a threat or fear which we told **************** we will not be bullied of blackmailed. It is unfortunate that he decided to extend his false accusations from a fraudulent charge back, to now the BBB. However, we thank the BBB for the opportunity to correct these inaccuracies.Core Credit Solutions. Inc.
