    Hi, I went to Burger King in ***********. transaction 83112-83020-49605-041009 Order ************************************************* the drive through the total came out as 6 something.When I went to pay though I was charged 10.39.I asked the cashier why the charges did not reflect the charges I had seen in the drive through screen. He said it was 10.39.I told him it didn't make sense since two croissants are two for 5 and the screen would be closer to 7. I thought it was weird. However, then the next day I ordered the same thing transaction 89932-63020-00213-041203 Same order came out to 7.93 So clearly something weird is happening at the first Burger King. Why are the prices so different? Are they pocketing money? I am requesting a refund for the difference in price.Best,***********************

    On September 29th I placed an order at this Burger King location, and was charged 10 cents for "extra lettuce" ******************, but when the food wrapper was opened, there was NO lettuce on the burger. I was basically charged for something that was never received. I also believe the prices of my food were not correct, as I was charged *********************** Next, I was accompanied************************* as this was a drive thru order. She said someone in the kitchen making the food was sneezing, and she heard the cashier tell them to "put on a mask". This is totally unacceptable for a consumer to see, and/or experience at any fast food restaurant. I initially contacted this restaurant establishment back on September 30th 2022, no one picked up the phone. I then proceeded to call their corporate line spoke to n gent named*****. Informed me someone from management would reach out to me regarding my concerns. To date, it is November 18th, 2022, I have not still not heard anything from this company, not have I received a phone call, or email regarding this matter.
