      This company is not responsive and has poor follow through. I was a customer for about two years until Covid-19. Then, they took my money, made promises and never did what they said. After I realized that they had no intent to allow for the completion of the paid classes, I followed their requirements to request a refund. I submitted it, once I finished, and I was told I would get a response within 22 days. After that, I was never able to speak with them directly again. The next time I called, it was an answering service and it has been ever since. I called and left message after message and not one reply. However, I was always told and assured that someone would call me back. It never happened.I even told them that I just wanted to get the classes I was owed and they could call it a day. They still did not care. This company kept my money and made it clear that it had no intention of returning it. I just want what I am owed.

      Hello Ms. ********* much as we do want to assist you, there is no information on your filing or record (child's name, contact phone number, dates of service, dates of payment). If you are referring to a location in ***********, that venue has been closed since 2022. Kindly forward your information and we can establish if this is applicable to our organization. We do not keep student records that are inactive for very long and our center has been open since May 2025. Again, please contact us or BBB with your dates of service/payment, from what you are referencing is a receipt of a marketing email that was sent out today from ****, however your complaint is about a service from pre-covid (date range *********?) in *********** (not affiliated) More information would be needed to further assist. Thank You.
