    While waiting for my order, I tried the product color in store and it did not work for me. So, when I received the items, I went onto the website to process a return, but the system was not working. Upon reaching out to the company via chat, I was told by two different representatives that I would received a free return label via email. I never received anything. I checked my spam and all through my email. I've been busy and reached out again today, which is now out of the return window. The representative has had me on hold for quite some time as I write this. I have purchased Smashbox in store and online several times and have never needed to return anything. So, I just assumed that this is a legitimate business. Apparently this is a fraudulent company. It makes me concerned about the safety of their products as well.

    I placed my order with smashbox cosmetics online on Nov 16th 2022 and my order was shipped on Nov 17th but I have not received it yet. When I track it, it says out for delivery so I called them twice and their agents told me that they were out of the product so didn't ship it but they will do it now soon. After a week I didn't get any notification regarding my order so I called their **************** again. The agent told me that it looks like the order got lost in transit so they will Ship Another one to me. Not it's been more then 2 weeks and I have neither received my Order nor any information regarding my Order. My order number is **********.
