Over the past month, securing a refund has been a nightmare.Communication Hassles:Clorder's virtual phone system is unreliable, plagued by frequent cutouts and abrupt disconnections, making communication challenging.Elusive Refund Support:Navigating Clorder's support system is a Herculean task. Limited working hours and difficulty reaching the designated refund contact compound the issue.Delayed Refund Process:Despite assurances that my refund has been "initiated," the process has been far from smooth, eroding my confidence in Clorder's commitment to customer satisfaction.Opaque Online *******************************'s apparent lack of a substantial online presence raises doubts about the legitimacy of the company.Potential Red Flags:Communication breakdowns, limited support availability, delayed refunds, and an unclear online presence create an unsettling atmosphere, making me question Clorder's reliability.Caution to Potential Customers:Given my frustrating experience, I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before using Clorder's virtual online ordering assistance.
