On January 23 we booked a session with Resort International Divestment (representaive taking the appointment -- ******) in **********, ** and were promised $100 cash and a dining gift card for attending an event regarding our timeshare. Upon arriving we were informed that we were not eligible even though the representative taking our information on the phone and confirming our reservation ensured us we were. Upon arrival the representative from Resort International told us that we never should have been able to make the appointment and it was the fault of the person taking our reservation. We left with nothing. We feel we were misled and drove 30 minutes for a presentation the company refused to give to us. We were also told that since we were not ready to sell out timeshare at the present time we were not eligible. We feel we have been scammed.

THIS CUSTOMER CAME IN WITH ANOTHER CLIENT AND DID NOT HAVE AN INVITATION TO OUR EVENT. WE INFORMED THEM THAT WE ONLY GIFT ONE GIFT PER GROUP.  WE GAVE THE INVITED COUPLE THEIR GIFT OF $100. WE WILL NOT GIFT ANOTHER GIFT.  ADDITIONALLY THEY LEFT WITH POSTING F**K YOU ON OUR MATERIAL.  THEY NEVER ATTENDED THE PRESENTATION AS THEY WERE UNRULY AND RUDE.  OUR POLICY IS CLEAR 1 GIFT PER INVITATION.  THEY DID NOT HAVE AN INVITATION.

PLEASE REMOVE THIS COMPLAINT AS IT IS NOT VALID

As we have previously stated in the response to the complaint, these clients were not promised anything nor were they invited. They only came with another couple that was invited who we did give the appropriate gifts to.  Upon their arrival and verifying they were not on our manifest, but only accompanying a guest that was on the manifest we explained to them that we cannot give a gift to someone that is not manifested which automatically disqualifies them from our presentation. Therefore, this claim to just get a free hundred dollars because they showed up with their friends is preposterous  We will not be handing out free $100 gifts

I, ******* *******, am the owner of ************, and I signed an agreement with Resort International Divestment LLC (RID) on October 16, 2024. The agreement stipulated that RID would pay $400 per qualified tour provided by my company. Payments were to be made weekly for the tours conducted in the previous week. The payment schedule has not been adhered to as follows:The first two invoices, due November 4, 2024, and November 11, 2024, were paid late on November 19, 2024.Subsequent invoices due on November 18, 2024, and December 6, 2024, remain unpaid.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter:On December 4, 2024, **** *****, who manages RIDs accounting, assured via email that payment would be made this week. This did not occur. On December 13, 2024, ***** ******** responded via WhatsApp, stating payments would be made next week. Again, no payments were received.Since then, there has been no response to my emails, calls, or messages, and the company has failed to fulfill its financial obligations.Desired Resolution:I am requesting immediate payment of the outstanding invoices, which total $4,400.00.

THE AGREEMENT THEY HAVE PRODUCED IS SIGNED BY A ***** ********.  THIS PERSON HAS NO AUTHORITY TO SIGN ANY AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF RESORT INTERNATIONAL DIVESTMENT. THIS COMPANY WAS PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES AND USED DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES BY SENDING IN UNQUALIFIED TOURS THAT WERE NOT DUE TO BE PAID.  ADDITIONALLY THEY USED THEIR ACCESS TO OUR SALES SYSTEM TO CALL OTHER TOURS PROVIDED FROM OTHER COMPANIES TO SEND THEM TO COMPETITORS.  THIS CONDUCT CAUSED US TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THEIR SERVICES.

WE REQUEST THAT THIS COMPLAINT IS REMOVED FORTHWITH DUE TO THE INVALIDITY OF THE COMPLAINT.
