    I am a senior lady customer who come to **************************************************************. Ranch 99 for more than ******************************************* This Ranch99 Supermarket has a very rude security guard. I had an unbelievable experience in 10/20/2023, 1:32:37pm. I used my coupons to paid my food, but need $1 more to pay off, So I go to my car for some cash, I walk to my car quickly. When I was in parking lot, I heard that the security guy yelled to me: do not run! I responded: I did not run. The security guy continued to yelling to me: I told you you are run! I said: I walk quick but not run, I am a senior I do not like to run. After coming back to the food counter, The security guy followed me to the counter continued yell to me: Why you came back! I want to beat you! Why you talk back here! I will call police to arrest you! I answered: I came back for pay off my bill & got my food! what is your problems? I do nothing wrong! This security guy yelled: Do not come back! I will call police to arrest you when your come back!My question to this store manager is: why this security guy will arrest me because I am walking quick?? Who give he the right to beat me? who trained him to yelling to customers ?? why no smile no good attitude to a senior long term customer? I need an answer! We as customers should NOT get abuse in this store!This experience is very disappointing me! It is unbelievable! It is horrible !The store can contact to me at: ************.
