    I had medical services that were billed by Silicon Valley Diagnostics Imaging Inc. for service dates 08/6/21 and 12/08/21. First, they did not send me a billing statement. I did not know about the charges until I was contacted by a collection agency on 05/11/22 for $1109. I reviewed the claims with my health insurance and per my *** the total amount I am obligated to pay is $245.15 after the in-network discount rates. I have contacted Silicon Valley Diagnostics and the collection company disputing the charges. However, no one is willing to resolve this in a fair manner and continue to refuse to honor the in-network contracted discount rates.
    Per my ***, I owed $123.66 for service date 8/6/21, which I paid on 07/13/22. The balance I owe should be $121.49 for service on 12/8/21. By refusing to honor the discounted rates, the company is engaging in fraudulent practices by obliging me to pay an incorrect debt amount.
