    On 2/12/25 1580 books were supposedly purchased by wholesalers ****** and ************************* and media group. I was supposed to receive my royalties 45 business days and 60 business days from 220/25 when the books passed there quality control. Illustration Jeeves, illustrated and published my books to these companies. I have not received one dime of publishing since signing up with them. My project manager is *** ******.

    **** ****** breached our contract by giving out my confidential book title, book details and book cover, my name and telephone number to two companies. ******** ****** with ****** book calls me often soliciting me for money to distribute my book. (I have recordings of). I believe a nonexistent ************************* in ******* does not exist with the scam weblink (***********************) and call/text. After I brought all of troubling concerns to ****** attention and asked for my money back, he suddenly terminated our contract but I was notified by the third party ***** **** from ************************* @ *********************************************(who never would send me info on his company). I paid I.J. ******* for distribution to ******* which nothing was getting done and nothing was making sense. Illustration Jeeves, now breached a third time by terminating. **** knew my circumstances of my husband was recovering for cancer. My book was a testament to us over-coming that major hurdle. Losing this money has compromised our lifestyle greatly. I am not able to get any help from Illustration Maestro who sent me to them per ***** ******. ***** ****** signed my contract so I would like for him to contact me to resolve this matter. I hate for this to have ended this way. I am praying for all of their souls to be healed and make this matter right. DO NOT USE THEM!!

    I had Illustration Jeeves do the illustrations for my book, including formatting, copyright, and the ***** After the book was finished, I ordered and paid for 24 books, which I received. Illustration Jeeves and I entered into a Marketing contract. I paid them $3500.00, and they would help with marketing, platform publishing, ******, and seven complimentary copies delivered to the top five book stores. The Author and book have a reach of 350, expected sales of 3000+ copies, and expected revenue of $12000.00+. The clause states that in the event the work does not generate the required sales in 4 months, the publisher shall bear the entire cost of the activity except the platform fee. They have not performed on this contract. After that, I purchased 1000 books for $9000.00. They sold 100 books, and I was paid $996.61 in royalties. They sold another 300 books, and I have not received the royalties of $6000.00 for these sold books. They shipped 250 books to me, but the printing was bad. I made a grievance about the printing, and they said they would make it right. They have not. Next, they shipped 100 books, and the printing was terrible again. The printing quality and the page thickness have gone down with each printing. Once again, they say they will make it right but have not yet. I have reached out to them for many months and to no solution. They are not returning my phone calls, emails, or texts.I Paid them $12,500.00 I am urgently seeking a solution to this escalating situation.

    Marketing Contract and Deliverables

    *** purchased a $3,500 marketing contract that included specific promotional activities, resulting in an initial order of ***** books and further interest in over ***** copies. As per our policy, we require customers to fund their printing upfront, which *** was unable to do. Thus, although interest was generated, she could not fulfill these additional orders. We therefore believe a refund on this front is unwarranted, as our marketing was successful. *** also requested a social media campaign proposal but later declined. Though we incurred a preparatory loss, we did not charge her for it.


    Kims book is live on platforms including ****** and *****************; *****. Additionally, we built her website, *******************************, as part of the marketing contract. Her articles were published on platforms like US Insider and LA Wire (US Insider article and LA Wire article), establishing a significant online presence.


    Book Printing and Royalties


    Regarding the ***** books, we delivered 350 copies to *** and sold an additional 100, paying her $996.61 in royalties. *** noted minor differences in print quality between batches, which is expected due to standard variances in printing. We are currently working with our partners on the sales status of the remaining 550 books.

    Requested Resolution
    In light of our completed services and her acknowledgment of the results, we do not find grounds to refund the full $12,500. We propose either delivering the remaining 550 books to *** for her distribution or refunding half the printing amount for those books.
