    I've rented an apt at ********************* since July 2023 and it has been uninhabitable many times throughout the year due to plumbing issues and illegal, unnotified entry into my apt while I wasn't home. The air conditioner constantly leaks every few months to the point of flooding the carpet below; despite several requests to replace the carpet due to mold/mildew, it has not. There have never even been fans brought in to dry the carpet or subfloor. This has caused the smell of mold/mildew and is now causing constant coughing. Several towels have been ruined while trying to soak the liquid from the ceiling and drying the carpet. The ceiling has "bubbled" and fallen down on us. Work orders take several days to complete and despite selecting the "no entry while I'm not home" option, I've found several work orders to be complete while I wasn't home. They frightened my daughter who was home alone when maintenance tried to enter. She now feels unsafe at that apt. Along with A/C leaking/flooding issues, several lizards, june bugs, and spiders have entered my home due to the weather strip under the front door leaving a huge gap. I put in a work order over a year ago to fix, which was cancelled. Then another a few weeks ago, which was also cancelled. Pest control is a huge problem to which I've requested work orders for. I've had to purchase an indoor weather strip, door sealants, traps, and sprays to battle the pest control issue. My daughter and I have been displaced many times due to all of these problems and now been forced to move as we cannot endure it any longer. The property manager has an unpleasant attitude whenever you go in the office and often has her children and spouse in there. For example - when I originally met with her to sign my lease, which is confidential business, they were there. As a disabled Navy Veteran, I've rented several apartments all over the country and have never had an experience like this. I submitted my request to vacate on 8/29/2024.

    This business misrepresents their properties and is a borderline slumlord.We've had 5 leaks in our apartment since moving in this past July. There are leaks happening throughout the building. Management is aware that the pipes need to be replaced throughout the whole building, but will wait until they leak and cause a mess in your apartment to replace them. (It's the pipes for the fire sprinklers.)Every single tenant is having pipes leak into their apartment.The manager did not inform us that this was happening before moving in, even though they were aware. They tricked us into thinking everything was working.Its been really stressful for our family having to live with water everywhere. It takes days for them to fix it each time.
