      This establishment messed up on our food that was delivered to our home. The food was a disgrace to the point we all got sick and some of the items werent even properly cooked or packaged. We spoke to the manager three times who promised to refund our money and treat us back to the restaurant for which we declined to return to the restaurant we just wanted our refund I have reached out to this establishment three times speaking to the same male manager him guaranteed and promising our refund. Here it is June **************************************************************************************************** off the phone. I want my money back because that was a disgrace and for him to be a manager and lie and act like hes going to do something it really does it really is irritating. This establishment needs retraining better cooks and a better management staff. This is the location in ********** **********

      We went to Chevys in ****************** today and placed an order. We received emails about having two free meals (the two item combo meals) and we drove about 30 minutes and paid bridge tolls to get to the restaurant. When we tried to pay and use the rewards we were told they could not be accepted. This was very upsetting to be deceived and misled. Also we had an older Chevys gift card but the employee could not see the balance on it, even though it had never been used. Why is this business conning customers by offering fake rewards and selling unusable gift cards?

      I am attempting to file a complaint against the **************** in *********** *********. As I'm using your website the address of the restaurant that I'm filing complaint against is being changed to a ********** ************************* I'm unable to make the changes using my phone or using your website. I need to make sure that that complaint goes to the owner of the Bloomington ****************. A man who appeared to be a cook from the kitchen came running out of the restaurant while he was on duty screaming and yelling at me threatening me standing there asking me why I was taking pictures of automobiles. He was threatening me while on duty he's combative aggressive and unstable. While he is working there all the guests and customers are at risk of experiencing the same kind of threatening behavior that I had to experience. His wife was also threatening me and calling me to regulatory names flakka which I believe she was calling me animal there is a man in *********** ***** that used to call me this who worked as a security officer at a homeless shelter there was also a member of the cartel that used to call me the same thing. Several members of the cartel have just rolled into town I think you better make everybody aware

      I was passing by the ***** text mess restaurant and I was taking pictures while standing on a public sidewalk. Three of the employees chase me across the parking lot yelling at me and extremely obese Latino woman was yelling at me Flocka calling me names asking me why I was taking pictures. Her husband who apparently works at the restaurant with her and their daughter also works there decided it was okay to chase me down across the parking lot threatening me asking me why I was taking pictures acting as if I had broken the law or done something wrong I have done nothing wrong and I was instructed to do so by the *** this man then accused me of losing my mind or something losing my brain is what he said because he's not from our country. And told me that if the *** told me to take the pictures that I must have a badge of course that doesn't make any sense and I don't expect him to have a brain I also don't expect anybody to want to eat there when there's a man that is so combative and aggressive that he would chase me across a parking lot threatening me I have a video of it and I'm about to publish that video on social media I want the owners of this restaurant to take care of this problem immediately because all the Patriots of this restaurant will be In Harm's Way this man is too aggressive and too combative to be working in customer service. If he's willing to do this then you can just imagine what he's willing to do to the food that is being served to the customers
