    2/1 Vet appointment Diagnosis and treatment all negative. Anti-biotics prescribed. This included Radiology which was going to be sent out for a Specialist to examine and let us know. ($280) We were given a ***** collection tube to return the next day ($71). We were told it would take 1-2 days for results. (Total Bill - $1,316.76)2/2 Dropped off ***** sample.2/3 Called back to inquire about results. They said it would not be ready for 2-3 days and we misheard on 2/1. No mention of the ***** Results 2/7 Called to ask for the ***** results was told that they forgot to send it and it would be ready in 2-3 days. ****** is feeling better so we wanted the same anti-biotics for our other dog. We were told we would need to talk to ************ in order to get the anti-biotics for our other dog but he was not in until tomorrow and that they would take a message.2/8 We have not heard back so we called in. Front desk told us that they called on 2/3 and told us the ***** results were negative. W/o details on negative for what and what was tested. Denied any other claim saying she didnt know who we talked to. We asked to speak to ************ was told he was busy today and will give us a call back. We never received a call. 2/9 Finally received a call back from City Pet Hospital at 7pm but missed it. They left a voicemail saying to call back for ***************/10 Called back City Pet Hospital. They were not sure why I was calling and said ************ was busy and would not be able to provide a time when he would call back today.As of 2/10 - we still don't know the results of the ***** Test nor the X***s. We were told lies by the business on the results of the ***** test so we are unsure if it was even performed. We cannot get a hold of the ************ to confirm anything and it is end of the day and we have not heard from him yet again. He has not called us back for 10 days since accepting payment.

    Hello,

    I have resolved the issue with City Pet Hospital.  

    They have agreed to provide me a refund after confirmation from BBB that I have pulled my complaint.  

    I would like to pull my complaint and close this issue.  I have really appreciated the BBB help throughout this process.
