    I was recently looking for homes to rent and a few of the homes we looked at were managed by this company. An application was processed for a home. We were told the owner of the property chose another candidate but never gave any details regarding our application if anything was wrong ect. We have great credit history with perfect rental history. The *** indicated that she would follow up with us about other houses once available but never followed up. I was one who constantly checked Zillow since we were actively trying to find a new space to call home. Well, another property caught our eye and was managed by this company. Made contacts to tour the house. It took several messages before receiving a call. After receiving a call, they didn't want to set up a tour, they asked if I viewed the pictures and basically went through a preliminary screening. I actually wanted to view the home before basing a decision off of pictures. Red flag, but I let it go. So during the call, questions were asked and I was told I would have to be called back either that day or the following day. I waited for a call over 24 hours that was never returned. I get a message through ****** stating they tried to call. Looked through my phone call history, no call received and no voicemail left. I messaged back to notify them. Instead of actually delivering answers to my inquiry, this company proceeded to focus on the fact of they tried to call me through messages in Zillow. This is unprofessional behavior that should not be tolerated by consumers. Best practice for company should be leave a voicemail or simply call back once you understand the situation. I do not recommend business with this company after the experience I had with them.
