They are the most incompetent builders I have ever experienced. Their project manager did not even have the common sense to alert the property management company about any type of damage the apartments might experience during the project. Examples of incompetence, a shelfs falling and items breaking, his team coming through my wall from outside, his teams continually damaging my walls...for 5 months I have lived with holes in all my walls. He had no common sense when his crew removed the outside wall, you could see into my bathroom and shower. I had to call and complain to have someone come out after hours to fix it so I could shower without anyone from outside seeing in. He is also the incompetent one who walked through my apartment to see all the holes and such and suggested to avoid more broken items I take things off of certain walls, which I did. The main one he stated "was safe to keep things hanging as it was an interior wall" I came home that evening to find my artwork on the floor, picture frames damaged & glass broken. I was told *** will reimburse you for these items, waiting for *** and my reimbursement. He also allowed his team to throw away my mats, I had 2, why throw them away. Have me put them inside, no they just tossed them away, still waiting on reimbursement. How can this company continue to work with complete incompetence of the project managers they send out. This 2 month project is into its 9th month, maybe if they came to work more often the project would be complete, we went weeks with no workers. How about common sense, you are working on sheetrock wouldn't you cover things not them I have inches of dust covering my ************************ are going to clean, when I ask...not only outside but inside when they did the windows/doors nothing was put down to protect instead dust is everywhere, again they will clean. No I had to since breathing this dust is not good for you. Do yourself the favor use another contractor.
