    One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!I have had my small business box for 22 years, and have never paid a late payment once on my rental.Today I received a call from a collections agency saying how my box has been closed and I have to pay back rent to keep my box active.After calling the owner trying to get some help, I had one of the worst experiences dealing with a simple issue.I tried explaining how I had not received any paper renewal in my box, or late paper notices at any time.They have no interest in dealing with costumers, and only want to spew corporate policies, and certainly have no interest in dealing with a human.I also stated that I didn't want any emails, only the paper renewal, and they would not accommodate this. She said they would only notify by email, and good luck if that doesn't work.They will not me keep my box, WITHOUT AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD RENEWAL. This is not what I want, or what I agreed to.I said I did not want this, I want to pay via check or credit card as I choose, NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO SO!To top it all off, she said I shouldn't even have a small business sized box, that I AM REQUIRED TO HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESS BOX even though I only receive minimal mail or packages.I have had all my business marketing tied to this address for 22 years, and now the new owners only have interest regurgitating the corporate BS.After paying for my renewal through the collections agency, I received a notice that my mailbox has been closed! Apparently I was not paying for a renewal, just back mailbox rent. AND they raised my mailbox prices $200 for a year, not over $500, which is ridiculous for a small business mailbox.I am having to change all my business address' to a different address which is costing me thousands of dollars. I can't express how bad this store is. They have no interest in dealing with a customer, only that they can charge you year after year!

    Thank you for your patronage. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our services.

    We do rent mailboxes at our facility, and the price for mailboxes with a listed business differs from a personal mailboxes.

    About a month before a mailbox contract is up for renewal we start reaching out to customers via email, and pamphlets (and, if time permits, phone calls). We continue to reach out for no less than 2 months after a mailbox's rental contract has lapsed. At which time, we are forced to turn the mailbox over to a collections agency. We continue to try to work with customers by keeping the mailbox open for another month to allow for renewal, after the customer has settled with the collections agency. Unlike many other rental contracts, we make efforts to work with customers via multiple modes of communication, allowing up to 3 months for the customer to renew. I am sorry that this process was unsatisfactory.
