    Starting in September 2023 the quality of the internet service Instaconnect provided started to work less and less frequently. It regularly got to the point of no internet service period, and I had to use up all of my hotspot data through my phone plan on a regular basis. I have called customer service (left voicemails due to them not answering the phone) and emailed support on several occasions and at first they responded saying they would look into it. However, since December ********************************************************** voicemails. I have sent them multiple emails with no response from the company. They advertise internet speeds of *****mbps on their website and marketing, however I have proof from speed tests of my network that have never shown higher than 5mbps. Although most days my mbps is less than 1 or network too unstable to test. This has affected my ability to have a home security system, and the ability to use the internet in any capacity for any reason. I have repeatedly requested the company to assist in fixing the problem and have requested reimbursement for the months that the service has been unusable, with no action from the company.
