Omsoft is sending fraudulent bills to our organization, claiming we owe them $555.00 for services rendered. We have not now, nor have we ever had any contracted business with this organization, nor have we employed the person listed on the bill they sent. This is a scam.

Tell us why here...Hello BBB ********************

Thank you very much for notifying us of this consumer complaint. We appreciate your notice and take it seriously. Om Networks is an ******** Service Provider business in *****, ** that provides ******** Access, Email, Website Hosting, IT consulting and other recurring automatic renewal type services to its clients, such as email accounts. Om Networks requires written notice to close these automatic renewal ongoing type services, such as email account access, this is clearly published on our home page policies page at ***********************************************************.

Om Networks began its relationship with Habitat for Humanity Yolo County, and these email accounts were established at their request, and the executive director at the time,***********************. We include an attached email #1 which covers this transaction. In 2015 Habitat for Humanity Yolo County merged with Habitat for Humanity Greater Sacramento (HfHGS), and services were specifically authorized to continue from HfHGS staff at that time, please see attached email #2. We also include a newspaper article from the Woodland Democrat, attachment #3, that specifically reports on this transition and references *************** as the Executive Director.

Om Networks continues providing these services until written notice is provided by the client for them to be closed. Costs are incurred in our labor, staff, and operations to maintain and provide services to these email accounts which we collect as part of regular account services. HfHGS did pay for these services through May 2017, but stopped paying at that time, without providing any written notice to close these services, so they were maintained and continued as per our policy. At this time, the services are closed, and we are simply seeking payment for services provided to the organization,

In no way is this fictitious or a scam as complainant alleges, we dispute this allegation against our company.

Thank you for your attention to this matter,

      *******************************
      CEO, Om Networks dba Omsoft
