  Seniors Beware!Seniors Beware! Lancaster Painting did not do a quality paint job on the interior of my house and won't stand behind their written warranty. I called the company for them to come and look at all the drips over my walls, and ********* in my living room, you can see the dark brown through the white paint on almost every beam. The kitchen ceiling has brown spots, even though they said they were primed first. When **** looked at all of their mistakes, he kept saying, "I don't see a problem with anything". When I showed him the drips on the walls, he called them "slurs". Apparently, he needs his eyes checked because they are clearly drips in almost every room in my house. When I asked **** why, they painted over every little flaw and didn't do any prep work at all. **** replied that I only paid for their tier 1 paint job. Clearly, I thought I was paying for a professional painting job, not a fly-by-night outfit. It's obvious that they did no prep work at all. **** got so huffy mad when I was showing him all their painting mistakes that he stormed out and said that I'd hear from his manager. Well, it's been 2 weeks now and all I hear are crickets, but no manager has even attempted to call me. So seniors beware that not only is this company lacking in professional ethics, but be prepared to feel intimidated if you ask them to repair their low-quality paint job. I also posted this review on their website but they blocked it from showing up.

  After submitting my review of Lancaster's painting, **** contacted me and wanted to know how they could fix all the issues I encountered from their paint job. So **** came by, and I showed him all the issues he stated were legitimate. He sent his team over led by his field supervisor ******. After only being here for a few hours, all of my problems were graciously fixed by their team. I'd like to personally thank **** and ****** for being so kind and prompt in fixing all the problems that should have been addressed by **** when I first contacted Lancaster.
